Log into your CherryTree account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Device

Ensure the electronic device is factory reset to protect your data and pack it securely in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and components.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
